From January 12th, you’ll receive daily emails for 5 days, each with one clear task and a short explanation of how it supports your gut. You’ll also get a brief intake form to build awareness before we begin, and a workbook to document your experience throughout the challenge. Lastly, links to the brands Amani personally recommends to follow the challenge will be included.
If you want a more personalised experience, which might be a better idea if you have chronic gut issues, the VIP upgrade is worth it. You’ll receive a deeper intake form and a personalised voice note with specific recommendations tailored to your digestion, your routine and your goals. It gives you clarity from the start so you know exactly what to focus on during the challenge.
We officially start on January 12th. After you purchase the challenge, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an intake form to build awareness around how you want to feel every day, followed by two more emails closer to the start date so you can prepare the staples we’ll be using.
You’ll receive an email before the challenge with all the staples we’ll be using so you can get the benefits in real time. The only other thing you need to bring to this challenge is a growth mindset.
