Meet your host
About Amani...
Amani is a Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine Practitioner with a focus on gut health. She specialises in helping clients manage or reverse chronic conditions by addressing the root causes of their symptoms.
Her journey into Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine began in her twenties when she overcame asthma and Candida overgrowth by rebalancing her gut holistically.
Today, Amani runs a virtual health clinic and has successfully guided over 350 clients worldwide. In addition to her practice, Amani lectures at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition in Richmond and runs corporate wellness workshops for companies including Soho House, TikTok,
and LinkedIn.
