Imagine waking up with a calm, clear mind because your gut finally feels supported.

Sounds almost unrealistic, right?

I get it.

I see you.

Most mornings, you wake up already feeling behind, not because you lack discipline, but because your mind is crammed with endless “gut health advice” you’ve collected from TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, and late-night Googling.

One person tells you to drink hydrogen water.

Another swears by electrolytes.
Someone else tells you coffee is ruining everything.

By the time it’s 8am, it already feels like you’re doing it all wrong.

Your day starts fast.
You grab a coffee, something quick to eat, promise yourself you’ll “start properly tomorrow”… even though you said the same thing yesterday.

It’s not your fault.

Wellness has become so complicated that most people end up doing nothing, not because they don’t care, but because they genuinely don’t know where to begin anymore.

That’s why this challenge exists

To quiet the noise.

To close the 47 tabs in your mind.
To make gut health simple again.

This 5-day challenge strips everything back to the foundations that actually work, the same grounding practices our ancestors used for centuries.

Simple, steady habits that calm the gut, settle digestion, and bring your body back into balance.

What if, for 5 days, you didn’t have to figure anything out?

What if you only had to focus on a few simple staples, and they actually made a difference?

Here’s what these 5 days will look like

From January 12th, you’ll receive one email each day with one clear task and a short explanation of how it supports your gut. Before we begin, you’ll get a simple prep email so you can gather the few staples we’ll be using. And if you enjoy accountability, you’re welcome to tag me @amaniswellnessworld to share your wins.

Within just a few days, most people feel lighter, less bloated, more energised, and more in control of their eating, not because they’re being “good,” but because their gut is finally getting what it needs.

C, Belgium

“Because of you, this year became the year I finally started focusing more on my gut health."

V, Canada

"My energy is definitely better and I've been feeling consistently more 'normal' in the digestion area."

S, UK

“Feeling great and my bowels are working well too.”

Amani is a Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine Practitioner with a focus on gut health. Her work centres on helping clients understand the deeper patterns behind their symptoms so they can finally experience lasting relief and clarity in their bodies.

Her path into Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine began in her twenties, when she healed her asthma and dysbiosis by rebuilding her gut from the inside out. That experience shaped her philosophy today: when you support the body at the root, everything else begins to reorganise.

Amani now guides clients through a virtual clinic that has supported more than 350 people across the world. Her approach blends science, intuition and education, offering clients the kind of clarity and direction that removes overwhelm and builds true confidence in their health.

Alongside her clinical work, she teaches at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition in Richmond and leads corporate wellness workshops for organisations such as Soho House, TikTok and LinkedIn.
